This device does just what you would expect it to do: it provides a local, helpful, fan-driven flow of air to the sides of your head, including your ears and cheeks. It's not too noisy, though for those who are already hearing-challenged it might make things more difficult. It's comfortable to wear, and stays on while sitting still or walking, but would not work well for more intense activities. It's not a miracle device, but for watching your kid's soccer game sitting at the pool: pretty good!
