I can't get the chrome extension to download no matter what I try. The apps "work" but not optimized for MacOS. The web portal is the most useful of the whole package. Would love for a chrome/safari extension as well as a MacOS app that doesn't lock up the OS. For grammar repair it works quite well and has found many issues along the way. Lots of potential if they can modernize and get local apps working.

Years ago I bought a lifetime plan to WhiteSmoke, but the MS Word application stopped working on the Mac, the web app required constant contacting support to get it to work. I bought this $99APP with a 40% off coupon for $60 for business edition and it runs well in Mac OS Catalina by hitting F2. The application is further developed than before, and with 5 licenses I should be able to run even longer than before with updates incl. It was a good deal and will help me with writing proper grammar
